2003 honda 400ex chassis and 1999 yz400f motor

I have a 2003 honda 400ex stock replacement frame with no vin number, the vin is being used on a lonestar racing chassis and a 1999 yamaha yz400f motor for sale, i was going to build a hybrid quad but decided to stay with dirtbikes instead... im looking to get 1000 for the frame and engine, so around 1200 shipped to your door...
