maier rear fender mount help

hey guys,i have some new maiers and was wondering how the rear mounting brackets go on.i have 3 pics,can someone tell me which one is right?

you want the L bracket pointing down with the plastic on the atv.. to eliminate ratteling I would tac weld the maier bracket to the factory bracket.

so would i be using the 45 degree or the 90 degree brackets.i have a set of both. also pointing down toward the ground and to the rear of the fenders?
the pictures i have are upside down and are the right side fender when flipped correctly.
i finally get to use my lil welding machine i got to tack weld the brackets....will be fun...i hope
