i have a 6" trailmaster full suspension lift and haven't had any problems at all. i have actually heard that body lifts cause more problems & IMO can be pretty ugly if they are done wrong.

Nice trucks. I have a 95 Blazer, I dont want to keep it stock but I dont know what to do it. I kinda wanna lower it, and get some rims and tires and stuff, and then I kinda wanna lift it too. If I lift its its only going to be a 2inch body lift. What do you guys think i should do. Im liking the lowering it idea better but I dont know how good it would do in the winter with the snow and stuff.

My friend has a Jeep Cherokee, and it's 4x4 all time. But I also know other people with Jeeps and they have to put it into 4 wheel manually. Don't have a truck at the moment, and 4-wheeler is currently apart, waiting for a new carrier. I've got the need for speed and nothing to satisfy it with. :(

juanki- That a very unique truck. Sounds like a small engine though but if it does the job... I could see that truck making it to the american market soon if gas prices stay the way they are.

Also I like the bars across the back window expecially for hauling quads or taller items. It would prevent some broken rear windows.

nope. mine doesnt even have the full time option. it all depends on the transfer case you have. i have the 231 t-case, which means a have 2H, 4h, 4l and nuetral, the 242 t-case has a full time option that automatically engages.

i know

i just was talking to a friend of mine that lives in phoenix, and he tells me the gallon is up in the 3 dls, that expensive, its now a little higer than its here in mexico, i remember when it was chaper to fillthe tank in the us, lots of people that live in border towns went to fill the tanks and came back. dont think so anymore.

here in mexico we have a policy that every month the price rises about a cent, a little less, but is a controled thing.

I wouldn't be surprised if americans along the border start going to mexican gas stations soon if they aren't already.

If your gas only rises one cent a month you'll be paying much less than we are in the states very soon unless things change for us. Gas is controlled here too. Or more like out of control.:o

I don't have a pic right now, But I drive a '98 Ford Ranger 4x4 with Extended Cab and Stepside bed. My only complaint is now that I have my Predator, I can't fit it in the bed, that and the gas mileage.

looks like you had a good time. are you wasking that thing with mud or water? :D i did the same thing to a loaner that toyota gave me, and they picked it up looking like that........never buy a loaner/ rental car. i think i burned most of the rubber off that truck. there is something fun about beating the chit out of a brank new car.....then being able to give it back.

im thinking of getting something like that now that i got a kid on the way. i need something with 4 doors. that is a hell of a truck you got there. im sure you get better gas milage than me too, being that you have a much bigger engine. the new ones with the multi displacement engine is the way to go!!!!

This is obviously a body lift. I don't like body lift's cause you will run into alot of problems. Plus, you can always tell if its a body lift cause you can see the big gaps it causes and you can see the frame really easily. Suspension lifts are the way to go!

we have an old F-150 that simply WILL NOT die. It's been through the worst imaginable driving and towing conditions, it used to be loaded up 85% of the summer, or pulling trailers. The engines not as peppy as new, but its VERY reliable, and its exceptionally strong for the condition (400,000k) and i'm willing to bet it will go ALOT further.

The rear leafs are getting weak due to how much its been loaded up, and overloaded. I really wish I didn't put it through so much heck but it's been a great truck, it was my first. my brother now drives it, he loves it, it's nothing pretty, but i love taking it out for a spin.

Nice pick up Derek. Did you get rid of the Dodge? I really like that truck but it probably wasn't too practical for a daily driver. I really like those Avalanches, they seem to be pretty nice street rides but still be able to do all the other truck jobs.
