View Full Version : Hmf - Much Respect

My HMF slip on was one week away from warranty when the inlet pipe cracked while I was on a dune trip. I had it temporarily welded and when I got back home I emailed Dan at HMF. He responded in less than a half hour, I called in and got an RMA.
I shipped the pipe and they received it on Monday. I got a call that morning from Dan and he said they would replace the inlet pipe and repack the pipe. I got the pipe back on Wednesday of the same week.

I can't say enough about their customer service and quality products. I just want to give them some more good exposure.

on my 700 my hmf head pipe had a weld crack and it was less then a weak from the time i sent ti till i got the new pipe back.
also as you said dan was very easy to work with on the rma

I always like to hear feedback when companies do good. Even though I hate the way the hmf pipes sound.

IMO I think HMF has one of the best sounding exhaust systems on the market!

i had a HMF full system on my 99 400ex and
the clamp was to big from the header pipe to the muffler and i emailed them and never got a resonse but i love the pipe and it sounded awesome.
Which 450?

nope, I got a big-gun. I think the cobra sounds like **** too, also looks like ****.
