One of mr RAZR fronts got a hole in the bead, so its time for me to upgrade to RAZR2's. I am currently using 22" fronts and I was just wondering if it would be beneficial to switch to 21" tires? I know that there will be a little less ground clearance, but would the shorter tires handle any better? Thanks, Jason.
The GNCC racers run 21's in the front just for the reason you said. They are better in the turns. The ground clearance isn't that big of a deal.

The stockers are 22" and I blew one out on my first ride. My friend had an extra set of Carlise tires and they are 21". I do feel like they handle a little better. I did adjust my preload a little to make up for the clearance though. But I just ride trails, so.......
i run both, 22''s in the mud 21''s in the dry

Usually aftermarket tires are taller than stock tires anyway. When you have stock front 22 inchers, an aftermarket 22 would be a little taller. So going from a stock 22 to an aftermarket 21 would be close to the same IMO. But, you might notice some difference in height. I would go with 21's.

well, i did have razr 22" fronts, so they werent stock. I ended up ordering the 21" Razr2 fronts, so I will have to see how they are when I get them.
