We bought 3 raptors within the past year. A 350, 660 and 700. We have had nothing but problems with the 660. Has anyone else had problems with them? The clutch has had to be replaced and a few other things have broken off and had to be replaced. Seems like everytime we take it out something goes wrong. Now for some reason it is stuck in reverse and I can't seem to get it out. Any suggestions? I hate to take it to the shop again, it cost me $500 bucks the last time and that's only been about a month ago

Well the Reverse problem would be a broken fork in the tranny and the peice is jammed between 2 gears.....happened 2 me about a week ago and im in the rebuild stage......ive had my fair share of problems but i just use the down time to learn more about the mechanical side of it.......but ive probably had every problem uve had and can probably help with more info

What year 660? I've not had any problems out of my '05 yet..

It's an '05 too and probably only has like 20 - 30 hours on it. Had nothing but problems with the darned thing.

Thats awful... Have you tried a new shop yet? Mine has more hours then that and it hasn't given me a hint of trouble. Sorry to hear about it though, it really does suck. It must be a Friday afternooner.

Yeah it's almost getting to the point you hate to take it out because you wonder what's going to happen next. Haven't had any problems with the 350 or 700 though.

i was having problems where my raptor would get stuck in 2nd gear and about 30 minutes later the tooth and dog on 2nd gear shot out my crankcase cover and i was covered in oil. But hopefully my warrenty covers it. Any suggestions on how to upgrade this part so it wont happen again?
