Another Jetting Question

I just recently went to the 440 kit on my 400ex. In my sig is a list of other things done to my quad, I know I need to re-jet the carb, but i have no idea what jets I should use, is there a chart or something, or is this trial and error. I re-jetted the carb when i put an e2 slip-on on it a couple years ago, but since, i have done quite a bit more including a full exhaust.

check the jetting in my sig, it's a tad rich but runs great on my 416

the dynojet 170 is equivelant to a 190keihen
