there no fire commin from my plug i tested all the wires there okay but i tested the boot no power goin threw it so i got a brand new one i tested it power but with plug no power so i took the boot off and put the plug up to the bare wire and i got a faint shock but nothign big no fire just a little shock tried holding it with the boot on and no sock
what could it be?

flywheel rotor ?
stator?
