impeller????

how do i know if i have the right impeller for my engine, there is no serial number on the engine case, and the 89 impeller is different from 86-88????

The 89 impeller has the nut and washer built into the impeller!

thanks honda 350R,,,, and no i dont know what year the engine is, thats why im asking,,, the left case has been replaced, so there is no serial number,,, i just read somewhere that a guy had the wrong year impeller, and it caused his engine to blow,,, i was just wondering????

it wasnt the wrong year....it was the totally wrong propeller

no clue...thats how i found it..i bought the R like this, then tore the motor down the next day
