ok. i just lost my blaster due to unfortunate issues. im thinking about getting a nice used 4 stroke. anyways i was looking through cycletrader and found a dealer near me that has 05 450r's for $4600:eek2: . im wondering should i get one or settle for something used? i ride a 06 gsxr600 and i have a 99 rm125 so im not worried really about people saying it will be too much power. i just dont want to get a z400, kfx, or 400ex and wish i got the 450r.

$4600?!?

Buy me 1 too!

You'd have to be crazy not to jump on it for that price.
Im picking up my new 05 kick 450r in a few hours, wish I found a deal like that :P

Yes you should get it, but don't be shocked if the dealer does not offer that price once it's time to sign the bottom line. I have yet to find a dealer that is honest with advertising!!

So tru, My dealer charges $125 for build and prep, $60 doc fee and of course taxes and that $6 tire fee.

Tho I never pay for build and prep or the doc fees =)

Another dealer by me charges 700bux for a destination charge. That’s more then it is for a car.
Left that dealer real fast =)

Well good luck, but I don't believe it. All dealers, salesmen, layers and realtors lie...that's the bottom line.

my cousin just picked 1 up from chattanooga last week. the price [on the site]is what you pay, otd.

the drawback from buying here is there cust service sucks, you will wait 8hrs to pickup your bike. its like the line at disney world, take a # and wait your turn. people are driving from the surrounding states to buy here. service? there is no service, no nice building either, just a run-down building.

if your looking for lowest $$ only, then buy here. if your looking for great service and a dealer that will help you out with parts and discounts, go somewhere else.

there is also ritchies powersports a few miles away, hes otd about 2 hundred more than chattanooga, but has great service and will help you out with the other things mentioned.

Get the 450R. You will be pleased. And they are right with all the fees and crap. Just stand tall and tell them what you want and dont back down. They will come to you. Trust me I used to sell them.
