450 slipping

i went riding last night and when i came out of first or second gear, the low end seemed like the clutch was slipping. the power just wasn't there. but the top end had gobs of power. i know it is not the clutch, i measured all of the plates and they were good. and i put in brand new springs. what else could be wrong? it is not a huge deal but you notice it when you take off.

Im getting the same thing, I was out in the power lines on saturday hauling like crazy all over the place, loving the power. Then all of a sudden the bike wasnt pulling the same until I got it up into 3rd. Had to give it a lot more throttle to get the same power in the lower gears.

Bike is 4 days old.
Maybe I'm just getting used to the power?

It also slipped out of 3rd on me twice. Feels like its dropping back into 2nd when it does it.
