i bought a 400ex from him about 5 months ago and befor i bought it i asked him if there was anything wrong with it at all. he told me that there was nothing wrung with it and that it ran great. well after i bought it i got an email from him saying that i need to check the timing cuz it was off. well i get the quad and im going over everything and there is a TON of things missing off of it like: several bolts out of the engine, upper engine mouting bolt, tank breather and more. the bolts that wernt missing were ALL lose. ferther in to looking at it i find out that it wont go into first gear. so i email him back and he says that that is not true cuz he just got done rebuilding it and there was nothing wrong with it. so i filed a compaint with paypal and they WONT DO ANYTHING because i got the quad. so i email him back and say that he needs to pay for the timing, so he says that he will pay for the timing. so i get it back from the dealer and he says that he will have the money buy the end of the week, well now 5 MONTHS later STILL NOTHING, he wont respond to my emails or talk to me on AIM. i have tride to reason with him but that is clearly not working.
