Got my learners

Hey guys I just got my learners liscense and I am going for a job interview for the summer on Thursday at a handy store with garden stuff and farm stuff and everynut and bolt you can wish for

have fun man. driving can be a blast. if i'm bored i'll just go drive around aimlessly for a few hours. keeps my mind occupied and me out of trouble. usually.



best advice i can give you is to pay attention all the time. i was involved in two accidents in less that 2 years. the first one could have been prevented if i had been paying more attention. i've had several close calls. i'm sure there are people here who have been driving much longer than me that can tell you some stories and share advice.

another bit of advice to you: don't drink and drive. i know, i know...youve heard it a thousand times. but when you wake up in your bed in the morning with your truck in the driveway, not knowing how it or you got there...it tends to kick some sense into your head. it did for me anyway.

look luck on the job man. good to see that you're actaully interested in getting a job and having your own money, instead of mooching of of your folks like so many kids do

nice! be sure to keep ur licence in a safe place cuz ive had mine for a month and i lost it this weekend and now i cant drive!

seriously though, i love having my liscense.

just dont put your wallet in your pants pocket while you're riding. i went up this hill and flipped. to make a long story short, i had to get a new liscense because i fell on my *** and cracked it. i know, some stupid **** really happens to me. :confused:

nice man, i went and tried to get my learners 4months ago but i failed it, and i could of gone back 15 days after that but i havent gotten around to it. lol:o But I really dont care about getting it other then to be able to take my quad places to go ride.

the good thing about getting my learners is that my brother is 21 I can drive with him instead of my parents everywhere

At the end of last November I got my learners. So in about 6 almost 7 months I will be on the road by myself!!!!!! I cant wait!!!

You'll love it until you gotta fill up. Lol, it sucks. It cost me around 90 bucks to fill up :(

yep, the 23rd of this month will be 6months for me, drivers ed ends in june, i took my 5hour course, just have to scheudule my road test and ill get my juniors until i turn 17 in october.

You guys are lucky where I live you have to have your learners for a year!!!

Haha, Jordan you failed it. :p Just Kidding....

I've had my permit since the first day of june, and could have gotten my liscence about a month ago now, but I guess I'm trying to find a way out of paying insurance and gas....:confused:

Brad you got that right a year from now I will have a 250 or 2500 diesel hopefully thats what I will be driving

Must be rough. I drive a 4 cyl Sonoma.

In Wisconsin it's just called a permit. You get it when you are 15 after taking Drivers Education and you have to have it for 6 months before you can try for your license.
