Its a 2004 that I bought brand new in May of 2005. No wrecks, very low hours, and hasnt been rode too hard. Its bone stock.

What do you guys think I could get for it?

edit: Pictures are on my web site.

I put it in the paper for $4000, but havent gotten any calls.

The Blue book retail value is around $3700. I really dont want to go under that on it.

I guess I am going to go down to a store thats a few miles down the road. He buys used stuff like this. I will see what he will give me for it.

he won't give you squat. he'll get it cheap and try to sell it for around 4k. see if you can find someone to sell it on consignment. usually your local dealer can do that for you. when it sells he'll get around 10% and you will get the rest. doing this will give the machine alot more exposure. if people see the condition it's in it might prompt them to make an offer.

I am fixing to park it out in front of my uncles house. He lives on a pretty busy highway and I know of at least 6 cars that have been sold in my family doing that. I think its how he sold his wheeler a few months back. I put it in the paper again, but this time I put "$4,000 or best offer". Maybe somebody will at least call about it this time or it will sale on the highway.

I can afford to keep it, but I am moving to Little Rock to finish school so I wont have much time to ride. I hate paying for something and not being able to use it. I could use the money to pay off some bills too and it will make living up there easier without that payment.

well I think I have it sold. A guy said he would give me $3700 and I took it to the credit union for his loan officer to look at it. So if it all goes good it will be finalized Monday.
