I really like the ride, and quick hit of the motor, but......I want a 400ex to do a hybrid :macho so, i'll bump it up again to see if theres anything out there.

i know you probably thought about this already but im just curious why you dont want to use the 250r to do a hybrid  ....good luck with the sale though

Although the 250r's frame geometry is second to only the aftermarket 250r chassis designs, and a yz motor would fit the frame fine, it kind of feels like a waste of a perfectly good 250r:ermm: I'd rather let somebody else have this one and enjoy it for what it has to offer than make it into a hybrid, when i can take a 400ex and utilize the larger space in the frame and improve upon what is there. In replacing the 250r motor with a big thumper, i'd be changing the kind of power, but not necessarily quality of power. With a 400ex, i'm not throwing away a perfectly good 2-stroke rush:D Kind of hard to explain, but i hope that helps.

perfect answer haha...i didnt think about that...250r's will only become more rare and thats true about changing the kind of power not quality..we all know theyre fast haha...but with some shocks and a-arms on the 400 im sure you wont be complaining about handling lol...good luck with your sale nice 250r also

I'll put it simple for you^^^^. No.

On the z, sorry....maybe if it was a little more mx oriented, but even then probably not. Really lookin for a 400 only.
