Tear down question!

Hey, I have my bike completely tore down now, it only took me about 3 hours to do it.

The bearing thats on the frame for the steering stem, how do i get that out without destroying it? Im getting my frame powder coated.

The rear swing arm, is it hard to take apart so it can be powder coated? Any tips?

Also, Im located around St. Louis MO, anyone know of any good powder coaters? If not Im sending it to Pappy from BK performance.

the bearing is tough to get out w/o destroying it. when i did mine i jus got a socket and hammer and beat the crap out of it and replaced the bearing. the swingarm isnt to hard to disassemble, jus remember how everything goes together.
