Parting out race CRF450EX Hybrid

Everything you see is for sale...motor is brand new this year and the only ride time it has on it is break-in period plus 2 hours. its and '05 CRF450R motor. Frame was done buy ATV Four Play. Rear shock is brand new and is a racing series Elka-fully adjustable. Also have a W.E.R 400ex dampener brand new too. Look at the pictures and PM offers on parts

Paid 3,700$ for motor, carb, and electronics and will be selling this way just to give you an idea so offers arent too low.

Only things I dont plan on selling are radiator, wheels and tires, and rekluse clutch.

A great thing for people wanting a CRF hybrid would be to buy the frame and sub plus the swinger and you would be all set to drop in a crf motor of your choice and build up a quad.

Would also be willing to sell quad as a whole minus the stock front and rekluse clutch.

Well I had planned on racing it cross country this year pretty hard in Iowa and Missouri but I just purchased a super sport bike and am thinking of starting to get into racing those instead and for some odd reason I have absolutly no desire to go ride my quad anymore.:confused:

the kicker is a makeshift lever thats been tig welded...your best bet would be to just buy a yz125 kicker and the crf-yz extension...thats what the way I wish I would have went

It kinda looks like the yz250 kicker my buddy uses on his hybrid. And I know his kicker will work on my yfz.

The stabilizer is a W.E.R 400ex stabilizer and is brand new...I will let it go for $300

The frame i think has a VIN if it is printed out on the steel because I had pappy powder coat it...I also have the title...I would let the frame go for $500 considering I put 600 alone in the coversion through ATV Four Play this year and even more to have pappy powder coat it.

If you buy the frame your going to want the rear swinger because it has been machined by Tom at ATV fourplay to fit the conversion...keep in mind that the '05 is different than the other year so this will be the motor you need to buy.

The plasitc I would let go for $300 The rear plastic does have a spot where the pipe has melted a little bit of it...NO CRACKS...It will included the seat(which has a small tear that was swean back together) and the hood scoop...not to forget the XGX graphics.

motor and frame I would sell for $3200 and would included the exhaust too since it fits so well. Also this is a atvfour play converted frame with there custom subframe which is brand new and it comes with a DG grab bar.

I couldnt even find a new '05 for less than 3,500!!

Rear shock I would sell for 500$...keep in mind this shock is a brand new Elka Racing series fully adjustable...for 100$ more I will throw in the long travel linkage which is brand new as well.

NO, thats a custom radiator made for this conversion by Intense Fabricating.

I also have a hybrid, it has a stock 250r radiator, are the mounts on this custom the same?

not sure but it has a 450R cooling fan attached but is not hooked up because I needed to install a trail tech stator to run DC current

I had one of these radiators on my 250R and they are the S#i$.......my buddy I bught the 250R from is really good friends with Doug the owner of Intense Fab....he makes nice stuff......I would imagine that you would never need that fan with that radiator

I put the fan on because I was going to race it cross country and we tend to race in ALOT of mud so I didnt want to chance it.
