440 quit running, help ( got spark and fuel)

440 ex just stopped running and will not start . I have verified that I have spark and fuel. What in the world can I check. If the cdi box is bad would it still have spark? Could the timing have jumped and caused it not to run? Could the valves need help? Any advice would be appreciated. It will not do anything but turnover , by the way, the top end has been making a loud chatter noise since I got the bike a few weeks ago ( valves??, rockers? )

check the head gasket. there known for blowing out on 440's.

haha check the fuses it happens to mine alot the fuses are right next to the battery they always pop on me

check your compression. your motor can have fuel and spark but without compression it wont fire. also with checking your compression it can help locate your problem, wether its vavles, rings, or gaskets.

check compression, and clutch.. compression will not start if there isnt any compression but clutch will still start it just wont move
