i have a part time job so my money is tight so what would be my best bet for a honda 450r i usually ride mx not BIG BIG jumps but some of the landings are pretty damn solid and i cant stand it.. so if anyone could just post a few things that would be nice :) or tips/tricks.. ty

I'm not sure if you have adjusted your stock shock or not. If not (for free) start by tightening your compression adjusters. For motocross the typical set-up is fast rebound and stiff compression. If your set up correctly you will bottom out on only the biggest jump each lap. If you do not bottom then you have the compression too stiff. hope this helps some.

You could send your stock shocks to C&D Racing or somewhere like that and have them rebuilt and revalved to your weight and riding style.
