Electrical problems 450r

Hello-
Im having a electrical problem with my 05 honda 450 r and was looking for
some help.

my quad ran fine up to the start of the last gncc-
I was 3 corners in after the start and it just died like i turned the key off-
I have swaped all electrical components with good working units except for the stator and flywheel.I have disconnected all KIll switches and taken them out of the loop-
I have swaped the wiring harness also trying all combinations with good working cdi,coil and condenser-
The olny thing I havent changed is the stator-
I just cant believe a sealed stator with no visable damage could go bad?
Has anyone had a problem with their stator?
I am stumped and a little frustrasted so any info would be greatly appreciated- Thanks in advance. Brian Schmid GNCC #45

I've got a 400ex and the motor ran excellent after the rebuild, shortly after while riding it just quit, died.... there was some spark, so i changed the coil.....it pops and pops but it wont run, finally the spark is unseen. I can't figure it out, I even changed the coil. so it's got to be the stator / pickup coil, do you see any spark? I'm very frustrated with my machine also, but to find out if i swap the stator/pickup coil for 200 something odd dollars that it's not the problem would be even worse.
