sparks timing key advance advice

I am installing the timing key advance this weekend and wonder if any one has any tips or tricks to make this easier such as using there flywheel puller they supplied. I am familier with motors and have the shop manuel just looking for any good info when i get into this. Thanks.

I got a +6 key for mine I think it was an srp though they are the same thing just differnt brand. I used the puller provided. I didnt have any way to hold the the flywheel as per the manual So I lightly used an impact on the end of the puller till the fly wheel came loose, I dont know how many people would agree with this method but thats what got it off for me. That was my biggest problem getting it off.
