What should I all do

I want to turn my 400 into a 440 but im just wondering what I all gotta buy to make it work. right now it is compltly stock but I was thinking 440 kit, exhaust, kn and jet kit, clutch and cam, but then I probably gotta get a bigger oil tank and cooler.

well, what have u guys all done. and if your cutting front fenders, do you just go with what you think is right or is there a technique u use. follow natural curve of fender or just grip it n rip it?

i want to get a k+n and jet kit now so would you recommend removing airbox lid or jsut drilling holes?

piston, sleeve, upgraded head studs, new cam, cometic gaskets, carburetor, pipe, jet kit, air-filter ( k&n ) , clutch, heavy duty chain, heavy duty cam chain, +1 intake valves, possibly hardened valve train depending on the cam....o ya and race gas

Yeah, I w0uld take off the lid so that you dont ruin it. At least if you take it off you can always put it back on and have it sealed.
