R plastic on a 300ex...do-able?

my little one rides a 300ex with crappy plastic and I've got some old R stuff on the shelf.....ever see it on a 300? figured I'd ask before getting out the torch!

Yes it's posible. I think your better off just getting anoter set of 300ex plastic. The 250r plastic is longer than the 300ex, so the plastic sticks out more in the front and the back, and I don't think it looks that great. I have a couple pics of koh001's 300ex that has 250r plastics on them. If I can get the pics resized I'll post them.

ive seen it. dosent look great since they are so much bigger than the stock plastics, but it is possible. worth a shot since you have some on the shelf
