i have a few ideas about making a-arms and ive come to the conclusion just to make them from scratch. that way i can still rde if it doesnt work out.im going to get the strongest tubing i can get with recomends from my dads friend whos a mehanic and a welder so i think im set what do you all think?

my dad is a mechanic and i know first hand about "buddy projects" if you pay this guy for time and materials, you'll be better off buying a new set without wondering every time you sling a leg over your bike if you're going to crash and burn.
find a used set if you're crunched for cash, and if you're too strapped to do that, cut some grass, flip some burger, or sell your seed. but judging from your posts, i'm not sure anyone would pay you for the latter.
