axle bearing problem

My axle has some free play inside the bearing housing in the swingarm...does this mean I need a new carrier? or can I replace something for less money?

if you keep riding it you will need a new carrier if you catch it in time you can just replace bearings

you need new bearings and seals. when you get it taken apart, then you need to inspect the carrier and axle real closely to see what else needs replaced.

make sure your axle nut is tight, if it works loose that will also cause that free play. But if the nut is tight than it is your bearings that are wore out
