Im in need of a new chain and I would like to get a little more bottom end out of it.

Any idea on what sprockets to use?

And where to get them from

Thanks

Your stock sprockets should be 15/39or38 not sure on rear... But you can get sprockets at your local stealership or C&D prob. carries em.. I would try a 14 front first..

funy how i've posted this elsewhere before : seems the new 05/06 models are coming out with 14/39 gearing , whereas you are currently sitting with 15/38 's ??

standard it will handle 38 easy , and if you slip on a pipe you could go 15/39 easy easy . but 14 39 is whats coming out standard 05/06 . mine was 14/39 and it had oodles of low-down torque .

the 99-04 stock is 15/38, i would try the 15/39 for more bottom end. or you could try 14/38 but i felt like my gears where much too short then.

keep it stock and do exhaust piston and cam. Instant bottom end, Well.... not instant

im running a 14/38.i like it but feel i could use a little more bottom end.i was gonna try the 39 in the rear but is the difference that noticable?i dont wanna go 13 in the front cause i feel thats too drastic and itll wear the chain down alot faster.i also have holeshot hd's which are a very heavy tire.
i hear a hotcam will add the bottom im lookin for but its a little more involved.although its a direct replacement, its a bit more expensive.maybe...

13 front is a no-no , so is a 39 rear. i've tried both. for more bottom end , if a slip -on is not doing it , or dyno-jet kit , then I suggest 14 39 , but seriously , try stick to 14 38 , unless you qualify for entering a sumo wrestling competition .

It depends on so many things : tyre size , what you currently run , what yu want to use the bike for . these things are slow enough as it is :no need going down the 13 front road ..
