06 coming home

Finally get my 06 450r back today, after getting a brand new frame put on by my local honda dealership, luckily it was still under warranty so it was free.

If you dont mind me asking, Why did they warranty the frame? What happened?

i bent my frame the first month I had mine and when i brought it to them to get a new one they laughed at me so I called honda tech like 5 times and they laughed at me too. how did you get a ****ing new frame?

If you are persistent enough it will happen. I cracked my 04 frame last august and Honda warranteed it, but I pleaded my case that it was a manufactures flaw. I recieved a brand new 04 honda frame, of course I had to swamp everything over, but I wasn't going to complain about it!

I owned my 06 for about 5 1/2 months and i was washing my quad and notice a crack right along a weld, underneath the gas toggle. I don't race mx or anything don't know why it cracked, but had no problem with the dealership, brought my quad up there and they kept it and called honda. had it back in about 3 wks. They switched everthing over for me to:D
