You have to do all these commands and crap. You can find them all in the CS Steam Forums under the steam site

hmmm.try changing your resolution to 800x600 and mess with running it off of OPENgl or direct3d. also to find out what your actual FPS is while playing type this command into the client. net_graph 3

what processor is in your pc? what graphics card and how much RAM do you have?

ok, my comp has like 80 gigs.. im not sure on everytihng else.. its got a radeon aftermarket video card... but it used to run perfect.. but now idn wtf is goign on

do you have any other programs running like limewire or kazaa? what is your actual fps when you try to play?

it never used to do this
