Adjusting Clutch

I just bought an 01 400ex (with no manual) and I need to adjust the clutch (quad rolls forward a bit when starting). Is the adjustment made on the side of the case, or is there an adjustment on the clutch lever as well? As for lever position, where should it engage/disengage?

im having the same problem, can anyone tell me how to adjust the clutch, i have an easy pull clutch lever, but it feels as if the clutch isnt engaging all the way...

mines a little tough to pull in any way to fix it my hands hurt after long day riding with a stiff clutch lever how to fix????

Lube the cable or buy a new one, Mine was doing that the other day then snapped halfway through the ride.:ermm:
