i have the hrc kit with the header i was wondering if it would be worth geting a full or a slip on

I have a friends with an '06 and he has the hrc kit with an HMF slip on and it pulls HARD. But if you want max power, get the full system.

i got the HRC kit with the yosh RS7 comp/ slip on and its bad ***!!!!

slipon. i got the white brothers mx4 slipon with the hrc and i love it. a full system will only get u a little more power then a slip on.

If you like the power delivery keep that header.An aftermarket header will change the power curve.It may vary and u might not like it.If your happy now just add a nice slip on and you cant go wrong.Just remember you get what you pay for!!!

if i was you id go for a full exhaust.

edit: DOH! I forgot the HRC kit for the 06 came with a new header. just get a slip on man. I think ud be wasting your money on a full pipe

Slip on. Honda really has a great header in the HRC kit. Go with a slip on and you should be set.

With a HRC kit are you going to see any real gains by getting a slip-on ? I'd like to see a dyno comparison or some kind of a technical paper from someone who has done a comparison. Any heard of such a thing on an '06 ?

thanks guys now the only problem is what lip on to get any help would be great i ws thinking of yoshi or mabey sparks , rossier

I would go with HMF for a slip-on. I don't think Rossier or Curtis Sparks make them. HMF also has several different cans and cores to choose from. I have my eyes on the HMF QRC slip-on.

Yes playhorse, I have seen some dynos on this. They are on here somewhere. Good luck on finding them. I don't remember which thread they are on.

I have a DRD slip on, on my 05 and my buddy has a 2 brothers on his, they are identical quads. He seems to like mine better with the DRD. It seems to be a decent pipe so far.
