Is it any longer than the stock silencer, will i still be able to tilt my quad back onto the stock grab bar without it hitting the ground or anything?

Depends on how you install it and if anything is tweeked in the subframe.

I know of two 400ex's with the wb and one hits the silencer.

i do wheelies all the time and i have yet to do any damage to me e series when i go on the grab bar.

It is very close but mine has never touched. Probably would depend on how many disks you have also.

If you run the stock 12 discs, it is not going to touch the ground when up on the grab bar, if you lengthen the pipe with more discs it will eventually hit. This would take like 25 discs though!
