Can't go wrong with Derisi. Some ppl do complain that Santos rebuilds are too soft though, so be specific what you weigh and your riding style when you contact them.

i liked my derisi's a lot but I didnt go with him again because of his current wait time. Also, his revalve was on a set of works shocks and 400ex rear shock I had for my 400ex.

My Shocks are on their way to Derisi right now.....I'm getting the XC rebuild and that is a dual rate front and a single rate rear with his rear link with bearings and seals...and that was 625 quoted from him.....GT Thunders price for the same thing is 740 so you tell me if Derisi's price is high...I don't think...but you said 265 so your price is even better.....but I think you meant 625

I think hes talkin about getting his elkas rebuilt. Gt Thuder rebuilt a few axis sets on my friends 450r and they ride like night and day. They were junk when he bought them and Laz made them absolutely amazing. I have been hearing that Laz no longer rebuilds aftermarket brands. Give him a call it wont hurt.

my GTTHUNDER setup below was around $550.

Everything that I do is guarenteed. If it is to soft all they have to do is send it back and I will fix it. I haven't had any customers call me on anything being too soft. I always take care of my customers on anything that i do!

My honda revalve is $625 and that includes the following:
Dual Rate Front Springs and valving
New Linkage
New Rear Spring w/ valving also.

Santo definatly stands behind his work.It took several after hours phone calls and a few spring changes to get it dialed in perfectly.Santo's support was the best. And all those calls were like right before he was leaving for a race. Thanks Santo:macho

GT Thunder, DeRisi or Precision Concepts would be top three. Noleen is also very good. I had my Elka's done by Precison for my 400 and it was like night and day. Everything was great with them. The 450 Elka's will be going to Santo though. I like trying different places out.

This is my first time to deal with Santo so i will let you know what i think about my shocks when i get them back.

What was your rebuild time from GTThunder. I'm wanted to rebuild mine and hopefully not miss any races.

I'm pretty sure that if you get your shocks to Laz during a week that they aren't going to a GNCC that he should have them shipped back to you in 3-4 days. I got my rear shock in like 3 days but I also live about 40 min away from his shop in Millersburg.
