Soon I will be installing the HRC kit, K&N Filter with outerwear, a EHS airbox lid, and the HMF Ironman Aluminum Slip on. I know the HRC kit comes with jets, but with the rest of this stuff, what do yall think I should be running on all jet sizes. Also, what kind of adjustments do I need to make to the needle. Thanks for your help.

my elevation is around 2600. The HRC comes with a 162 main jet. Do you think I need to go bigger without the airbox lid?

People around here run the 185 that comes with the hrc and have no trouble. Even if they end up adding filters and full exhaust. I believe in the 06 many in my area are running around a 162-165 though.

probably not. i used to run with no lid (now i have the ehs lid) and i run a 158 main, 45 needle and crf needle, clip in the 4th position. i ride between 2200-2700 feet elevation. However, each bike is a little different so the only way to be sure is do a plug check
