can the stock rear 10" douglas wheels be swapped out with 9" wheels without changing the hubs? I would like to get rid of the 10"'s if it's not going to cost a fortune.

What size are you thinking about going to? I'm looking at keeping the factory wheel and going with 22 Maxxis tires. I'd like to have a little more ground clearance.

Yes you can run a 9 inch wheel. Just make sure to get the correct bolt pattern. The 2003 hubs are 4-156 and the 04 and newer hubs are 4- 110( also the 05 and 06 come stock with a 9 inch wheel, not sure about 04) Hope this helps

Thanks for the help guys! I just don't like the looks of the 10" wheel. It looks to big. I'm used to an 8 or 9" wheel. I also have 2 400EX's and it would be nice if they all took the same size tire. I remember thinking that about the old 2 stroke quadracers. They had the 10" rears also. Always thought it looked a little funny.
Anyone want to trade for a nice pair of 10" douglas wheels?:D
