+2 a arms and crappy works

i have some lsr +2 a arms and crappy works shocks i was wondering where the best and cheapest place to get them redone at cause im only 15 and get to cut grass for money
(i live right next to mx tech but the are pretty expensive)

most suspension shops can rebuild works, tcs, elka, axis and shock stocks. I would try one of them. I know baldwin rebuilds shocks , so does c&d racing, and alot more.
