I know this topic is beat to death and I could run a search, but I'd really appreciate some straight forward, helpful answers.
I have an 05 400EX, my mods are listed below. I'm looking to go into the motor and this is what I'm thinking:
JE stock bore 10.5:1 high compression piston
Hotcams Stage 1 (because I can't find an HRC)
Port & polish
What else will I need to do for all of this to work together? I've heard reinforced this and that and HD studs, but I'd like some good info on if that's necessary. Once again, what else will I need for that motor build? Thanks in advance......
