Cant figure out why it keeps fouling plugs. Put a new one in size per manual. Rode it around the yard it started running funny happens at about half throttle long as i run the hell out of it its ok. half throttle it spits and sputters, pulled the brand new plug after one trip around the yard ...black as coal HELP

sounds to me like your bike is jetted wrong, is it black and wet? or just black and like burnt. if its wet your probobly running rich, and if its burnt up your running lean and need to adjust ur carb ASAP b4 you burn up your piston.

should help a little with you. sounds like your just running rich, did you recently adjust your carb? or mess with any motor components in your bike?

It isnt wet its sorta powdery black
that that bottom screw on the carb the ones thats a bear to get to which way should i turn it?

Current set up is its a stock 2001

Is your airfilter clean? Is there some obstruction in the intake/snorkel?

Yea clean filter cleaned the snork today ....maybe a sticking float?

Maybe. If your inclined to do so, you might just pull off the carb and give it a good cleaning.

Amazing what dirt in the tank , mud in the overflow hose, and a sticky float can do. It's like a new wheeler HEE-HAW lets see if we can break her again.
