250ex carb (pics)

i know i shouldnt do this but i need a fairly fast responce so if it must be deleted delete it but here it goes any way

my carb was cutting out alot so i took it of of my 2003 250ex to clean it and i noticed that there are 3 holes but only 2 of them have something in them it is like a rod or something i was wondering if i was missing on or not thanks and try to ignore my carb model lol



the picture says" is that one supposed to be empty"

I would just spray carb cleaner in every hole and spray every hole out with compressed air and then put it back on if it still runs like poop then you are probably missing something. If any of your friends have 250exs take 1 of there carbs off and look.

no none of my freinds have them and i may sound lazy but i dont feel like putting it on to take it off thanks for your help but ill just wait it out till someone thats seen a 250ex carb can tell me

Theres probaly a VERY small pilot or a air/fuel screw down inside there.

you need a new calender

look at a catalog and see an exploded view then look to see if somethings missing
