2002 400EX
XR's Only 430cc Kit, 10.5:1
HRC Copy Cam
Pro Circuit T4 slip-on
Stock header with welds ground down
airbox lid removed
Location: Indiana

Anyone have recommendation on where to start with the jetting? Any help would be appreciated.

try about a 178 main and a 45 pilot. possibly a little rich but should be pretty close.

160 or 165 main
40 or 42 pilot

XR's Only finally responded. They are sending me jets: 158 main / 55 pilot. I only went to 430cc, that seems like an awful big pilot. Any help from you guys that have a big bore around this size and live in the same weather as Indiana, would be appreciated.
