Im trying to put a new pilot jet in my quad , 3 of the phillips head screws on the bottom of the carb came out fine but the last one will not come out for nothing. It's now stripped really bad , anybody know a way to remove it? Please help!

it should stick out just enough to grab it from the side with a small pair of needle nose vice grips. they crasftman makes them

If you can get it with vise grips, I would use a hammer and small chisel. You should be able to break it loose that way.

use a hacksaw to make a slice across the head......then use a regular screwdriver to get it out

or cut a slice in it with a dremel, the heat will help than use a impact driver with a flat blade.

Thanks for all your help guys! I would be lost without this site. I ended up using a hacksaw and it came right out with a flat head. Thanks again!
