Dude's

This ride looks awsome. If it is everything that they say it is then the other manufactures are really going to have to step it up.
The next issue will be dependability. Polaris does have a pretty good rep though. We will have to wait and see.

i like the looks of it, and i love polaris, we still have 3 (91 Trailboss 250 4x4, 2000 Xplorer 400 4x4, and 2000 Scrambler 400 2x4) even after i sold mine, we have NEVER had any problem of any kind,,,i really wish it had reverse since it seems that most companies are going to that now, i can't wait to look at one in person, and ride one,,,later

The main problem with the Bomb DS is the weight and the size. The Predator is heavy too. Is it as big? I'll stick to a Z.

Still breaking in number 2... What a pain in the arse.

Very good looking quad, wish Cannondale would incorporate their headlights into the nose plastic like the Predator. At any rate, as good as this quad looks it's got one blaring problem with it--a claimed dry weight of 425lbs.!! You might as well tack on another 10lbs. for the manufacturer lie and then slap on another 40lbs. for fuel/coolant/oil. You're looking at a sport quad weighing in at roughly 460lbs. That's fine in a straightline if the motor will pull it but horsepower does nothing for you when it's up in the air and the rider is trying to manipulate the quad for a desired landing. Looks like another Open class big bore that's missed what the market is really asking for (lightweight, 440cc quads).

the only thing i'm woundering about is its size and its weight and to see first hand on how good of quad its gonna be and not mags being paid off or certain brands getting more praise because they have more ads or anything else. Just like the raptor, ds and even z400 in my mind.

Polaris sure got someone to make them a good quad, I never expected to see anything that looked that half decent ever, or a standard! Honda is still better, just wait till they actually do something

When Polaris was touring with those. They came to one of our race tracks and practiced with us. I was right on his but the whole time to see what it actually had. Everytime he'd come off a jump and land the thing would bounce a couple of times and then kinda take off. And outta the corners and the straights he couldn't even pull me with that mighty 500. I mean my quad isn't necessarily stock, but it's not really modded. I couldn't pull him and he couldn't pull me, and thought as soon as a straight came that thing would be gone. Guess I was wrong!:huh

were talking a STOCK quad here.......stock.......you know, no mods...ya...stock.......not a modded 400ex.....:blah
