is there a website online where you can put in someones number and text them? i know verizon has there own service on there site but im looking for a seperate one.

if you have aim you can do it. clik setup, buddylist setup then click add mobile. should work. hope this helps

If you know the service provider it's usually pretty easy. Just to go their site and they should have something set up like Verizon does.

Also, you can skip using the web based type message system and send a regular email if you know the service provider.

For example Verizon is the phone#@vtext.com (ei: 8005551234@vtext.com).

The info for this is usually found on the providers webpage.

There are other sites for text messaging but I haven't had much luck with them.
