No joke? When you buy the set it does come with 2. I'm not a complete idiot, I just wanted to know how much they help. Like reducing arm pump, vibration, etc. If you can't help with the question, don't post at all.

i rode a ktm 200 on about a 60 mile ride one day and it wasnt really noticable while riding but you could tell at the end of the day it did its work...

pretty much just stiffens it up to less movement or makes it softer for more give.
