This is a 1960 Schwinn Debutante which is a Mothers Day gift for my wife. Note that the bike is not completely done yet. I still have to put on new fenders because I ordered the wrong ones the first time. I also have a newspaper rack that goes on the back which is being powdercoated right now. The rack is a reproduction rack from a Schwinn Black Phantom bike which has a taillight underneath. I added new wheels with a Sturmey Archer 3-speed hub in the back so she can shift gears while she's cruising, new Electra retro-runner pink sidewall tires, new crank and a sprocket with heart shaped cutouts in it, new pedals, new handlebars and neck, new Electra seat, new chain, and a new horn for the tank because the old one didn't work. I'll post another picture when I get the rack and the new fenders on it but this is how she is going to get it tomorrow. Thank you Pappy for everything!
