whats a good setup up for a piped and jetted 05 400 ex i mostly trail ride and mess around in the street any suggestions would help oh and also how would a stage one hotcam work or stage 2

If your 400 has the same teeth number as my 02 stock then try a 14 in the front instead of a 15.Since you mostly trail ride the acceleration is way better.About the cam I have heard that with a stock piston(with the stage 2 anyways)actually makes less power.I dont know for sure so dont just not get one but I would wait to see what others have to say about it.

I wouldn't recommend a stage 2 with a stock compression piston.
