View Full Version : Help needed! Adjustable A Arms

05-04-2006, 10:48 AM
I bought a quad awhile back and it has +3 a arms on it. The guy said they were lonestar but Ive never seen any like this. On the bottom shock mount, there are 3 places to mount the shock. I have standard travel and have them set on the farthest inside hole to keep it taller. I was wondering if the outside hole is just for your standard shocks and lower the ride heigth or is it for longtravel shocks? thanks

I've never seen an a-arm like this, especially not a lonestar.

but yea you could just use the different holes to adjust ride height, say if you ever ran a TT, you could switch them to lower the quad a little(not the right way to do it but it would help)
