plastic on handle bars on 300ex

i am thinking about taking the plastic off of my handle bars on my 96 300ex. i am not sure what to do with everything that is under it and also the head light. does anyone have any suggestions.

The only think you have to do is find another place to relocate the key. Most people drill a hole in the side of there plastic and put it there, thats what I did. The headlight can still stay on its not connected to the cover.

I just recently got a bar cover from a 250x and put it on ther it looks 100 times better. For some reason it makes the bike look bigger. I like it.
