I have always been in to bmx but lately I have been biking every day. I want to make some rails and jumps I was wondering what the best type of jump is to do tricks on and if any one has some pics of rails they hit because I am going to build a couple rails.

Build a 5 foot high table top with a 5 or 6 foot gap. make it have a curve in it also to get more air.
I miss BMX riding:(

a decent sized table-top would be perfect to learn new tricks on. that way if you bail, you dont end up falling as far. i use to bike so much more, but i havnt lately,i miss it.

i was hoping to get these dialed before winter was over, but didnt get enough snow.

I think the Poverty G-Rides are in that price range. I've heard they're decent. I have a WTP frame and I love it. I built my bike, I got a frame, then everything else. I think it ended up costing $350-400. But its a sweet, solid bike.

thats pretty cheap for a nice bike. if your planning on riding for a while then it would be worth to spend like 350. id look at a dk 8 pack or 6 pack which is 50 dollars more. the 8 pack is 250 and the 6 pack is 300. those bikes would be pretty good for you. they'd last you a while untill you decided you want something better. a haro backtrail x3 is 300 but you cant get that on danscomp. you should also consider that bike even though many people dont like them these days

I used to bike a chit load, but I pretty much suck, and I always end up injuring myself, so I kinda got out of it. I have a DK General Lee, only like 210$$ but I don't know how good of a bike it is. Who knows, maybe when I move I'll build a quarter pipe and and some other stuff, maybe I'll get back into it.

I love'd BMXing when I was living in the City. Dirt's alright, but it tires me out like a mofo (ashma). Flat land was really fun, I only learned about 7-10 tricks, but I was only doing it for 2.5 months.

I cant figure out how to spin  . I have a cheap GT Compe, but it works for me since Im not big into biking. (acually popped my front tire monday on a nail and my rear today on some glass.)
I can ride a decent speed wheelie for like 15-20sec.

Spining is easy, just put your shoulders into the spin first then whip the bike with you. Try it on a hill first, its easier.

Find a nice hill that has a decent lip on it or make a lip kinda like a kicker, when you up up the jump turn your bars the direction you want to spin, turn your head and look where you want to land and pull/throw the bike around as hard as you can.

If you want to practise spinning, get a GT sno-racer thing and try to bunny hop it all the way around. The best I could do is a 270, and I'm 240lbs. I learned this in the winter.
