So do you guys think the NFL should change the rules and let Bush and other running backs get a chance to wear a number under 20?

I think they should, things are changing and the NFL is running out of 20s and 30s. What running back want to be number 40 anyways? I think Bush along with the many other running backs deserve to sport the number they had in college. I think defensive players should be allowed to be any number they want. I would say Defensive linemen/offesive linemen should stick with #50 and up but other players should have more flexible choices.

i am not a big football person but why cant anyone where any number that they want (unless the number is retired in that certain organization)

Ya they should all have be able to choose there own number. You can't let half the team choose there number and then not let the other half choose there number that would be dumb.
