Tire Pressure / Rider Weight ?

Just a quicky question, With my stock tires should I run the recommended tire pressure or what? I weigh just over 130 lbs , and this guy that I rode with, said that I would probably be alright running a little less air in my tires . I took a little out and I am running like .3 lbs less then what the manual says to run, this wont really hurt anything will it? I am not a very aggressive rider and dont go over to many sticks or glass/metal.

they say that I think so the rim doesn't hit the rim and the tire helps absorb the shock and the small and awkward stuff the suspension won't absorb. Your should be just fine.
